What is your return/exchange policy?

Return Requirements:

Items must be returned within 30 days. All returns must be unworn, unwashed merchandise and have original tags attached.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale and discounted items are final sale, unless otherwise indicated. 

No returns accepted from retail store purchases. All store returns must be made to the store or website that the item was purchased from.

If you have questions about the eligibility for return, please contact us at info@solosolmovement.com before shipping the item.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund if we believe the items purchased have any signs of wear, alteration, damage or misuse.

Items returned after 30 days or final sale items that are returned will be issued a store credit and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once we have received the return and it is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

You will be notified once the return has been processed.

Exchange Instructions:

Please email us at info@solosolmovement with your order # and the item that you would like to exchange so we can ensure that we have it in stock.

Do you have an instructor discount?

We value those who inspire! We offer a discount to Instructors and Fitness Professionals.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship UPS for all international shipments. We try to ensure the best rates and are happy to accommodate special requests. 

 

Do you charge Sales Tax?

We are required by law to charge local sales tax in the state where our company is headquartered. All orders with a California billing address will be charged sales tax. All others are off the hook. 

 

Do you have any tips for remembering your dreams?

  1. Live each day to the fullest so you are sure to get a good night’s sleep.
  2. Dreams are longer towards the end of the night, making them easier to remember. When you wake, ask yourself “what was I just dreaming?”
  3. Some people recommend setting an alarm clock to wake you up during REM sleep. However, we do not support the use of alarm clocks.
  4. If all else fails, just focus on daydreaming. It can be much easier.
